“Resources for teachers” is proud to offer a new homework widget for free to all the teachers visiting my website. It will let you easily post homework assignments for your students on your classroom blog. It is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and is very easy to install. Here are some features of the version 1.0 of this widget :

• Easy to install (just copy a folder in the plugin folder on your server and activate the plugin in the admin panel)
• Comes with an instruction manual giving you all the details for installation and how to use it
• Let you manage multiple grades
• Let you manage multiples subjects
• Let you choose deadlines for each homework assignment
• Let you pre-post homework assignments to be displayed at a later date
• Old homework assignments automatically disappear from your blog once the deadline has passed
• You can easily manage homework assignments in the admin panel (add, delete and edit)
• Homework assignments are displayed in different groups on your blog (Due today, due tomorrow, due in the next 7 days, due later)
• Admin panel for the widget is only in English, however, you can choose in which language the widget is displayed on your blog (languages included : English, French, Spanish, Russian)
• If you want to add a language that is not included, you can easily edit the language file
• It is entirely free with no ads. However, there is a link to “Resources for teachers” and we ask you to leave it there if you choose to use the widget on your blog.
